When it comes to capturing life’s big moments with your family, I’ve got you covered. You don’t even need to leave your house! I’m a West Sussex photographer, who will travel to a location that suits you in West Sussex or Surrey. I live in Billingshurst and will travel to Horsham. Crawley, Horley, Reigate, Arundel, Chichester and beyond.*

I decided to invest in photography after I realised I couldn't justify the luxury of booking my second child's newborn shoot. And I didn't want all our family photos be Selfies like the ones above.
My aim is simple. Provide stylish, timeless yet affordable photography. With the rising costs of life, I don’t want you to miss out on professional photos of your family.
I decided to invest in photography after I realised I couldn’t justify the luxury of booking my second child’s newborn shoot. And most of the photos of me and my family looked like the above. No one looking in the same direction, with the rare family shot of us where we forced one ‘happy face’ in a bid to capture us a family.
When I had my first baby one of the best presents I received was a newborn and family shoot. All my friends clubbed together, it was an amazing gift I could cherish forever. It cost over £400 for the digital images alone.
A few years later along came my second child at the same time as the ever rising living costs – there was no way we could afford the expense! Talking to other mums I soon discovered I wasn’t the only one, nearly everyone was feeling the pinch. Having a newborn photoshoot or family photoshoot was out of the question for most.

Previous to Elizabeth Cole Photography I had a career in Fashion Marketing. After over 12 years in Marketing working for likes of Selfridges, Debenhams and luxury property developers – creating 100s of campaigns and photoshoots from scratch. I decided it was time to get to grips with a DSLR camera. So I went back to college and started a photography course. I then spent every waking second learning everything I could about newborn photography, family photography and editing. And attending every course I could get my hands on!
With my background in Fashion Marketing and after having my own children – Newborn Photography and Family Photography felt like a natural progression for me. Because I love nothing more that art directing a shoot, cuddling newborns or making toddlers laugh. I’m prone to even making the reluctant adults forget they are being papped – as a result capturing sweet memories of those early years as a family.
